With this post I inaugurate a new section of the blog, dedicated to a little-known subgenre of science fiction, but which I am particularly interested in: ecopunk . These are stories that exploit ecology and alternative energies to offer a new vision of the planet. A positive outlook. So we are definitely the opposite of the worlds imagined in dieselpunk and I believe also in those of atompunk. The picture that must emerge is that of a planet that manages to move forward in an ecological way, in my opinion, with full respect for the environment. Ecopunk could become a new frontier of science fiction, of fantasy indeed, in which writers put their creativity at the service of something truly useful.
Terms such as biobricks and green building, biosolutions, eco-friendly houses, Phone Number Data renewable energies and the aforementioned alternative energies will become the new nomenclature to be used in fiction. More posts about ecopunk will appear on the blog soon. Obviously anyone can contribute with their own articles and ideas. In that case the guest post page will help you. Future articles on ecopunk Ecopunk: manifesto proposal The first ecopunk novel Is ecopunk dystopian? Ecopunk: this unknown? Do you know this literary genre? Have you ever heard the word ecopunk ? And, above all, are you interested in writing and reading stories of this kind?Chapter IV – Schizophrenia of a dead man Poor Giacomo Arrighi was in the hands of the medical examiner.
Still terrified by the impressive discovery, clutching the severed head in a gesture of pitiful protection, Burlando observed in horror the decapitated body lying on the table, wondering who on earth it could belong to. Certainly not to Mr. Arrighi. However, he left no stone unturned. He did a blood test and discovered that the hematological sample taken from Arrighi's head was group 0 Rh- and the one from the stranger's body was group B Rh+. And then there was another fact that shocked him quite a bit. The blood still on his skull was fresh, as one would expect, while the blood on his body appeared to have been clotted for years. Hundreds of questions flashed through the doctor's mind, which remained unanswered. He glanced at the clothes worn by the decapitated body and quickly approached, starting to search his pockets in the hope of finding a clue.
